Pine Creek Homeowners' Association

The Pine Creek Homeowners' Association is led by 5 board members holding 2-year terms, voted into position by the property owners in the neighborhood. The Association Board holds owner meetings several times each year and governs the community based on the provisions of the governing documents and NC Statutes. The Board and its Committees oversee the architectural review and covenant compliance processes to protect and enhance the value, attractiveness, and desirability of the homes and properties in Pine Creek and The Vineyard.
